Get Rid Of Fleas

When you move into a new house there a several things you should take into account; is it soundly built? Does it need a lot of work? Can you afford it? And, is it infested with any bugs or pests? It’s usually pretty obvious if the previous owners had pets. They will usually tell you, and if not, you will probably see pet hair and pet toys when you first look at the house. You can’t always make sure that those pets don’t leave behind fleas. This is especially common during the summer in houses that are carpeted. Carpeting provides the perfect nesting ground and hiding place for fleas. You may not even notice the infestation until you notice the red, itchy flea bites that appear all over your body. If you do have a flea problem you must call Seattle pest control. No one wants to live with fleas.

wood eating termite

There has been some talk about termites developing the ability to eat concrete.  Termites like a diet of dead plant material.  Wood is one of the staple dietary choices of the termite.  Termites can process this dead material and convert it into enough nutrients to sustain them.

Concrete, however, is usually made out of granite or limestone, sand, water, and other chemicals.  There is nothing in this mixture that termites can use to sustain them.  Just ask a Seattle pest exterminator if you want to get the facts about termites in your area.

Seattle pest control

Pest control refers to the regulation or management of a species defined as a pest, usually because it is perceived to be detrimental to a person’s health, the ecology or the economy.

Pest control is at least as old as agriculture, as there has always been a need to keep crops free from pests. In order to maximize food production, it is advantageous to protect crops from competing species of plants, as well as from herbivores competing with humans.

The conventional approach was probably the first to be employed, since it is comparatively easy to destroy weeds by burning them or plowing them under, and to kill larger competing herbivores, such as crows and other birds eating seeds. Nowadays, urban and suburban services in larger areas (such as Seattle pest control) are widely available.
